Whether in my music or paintings, the primitive, dark and mysterious elements always influenced my art.This EP, LUAN, is inspired both by my passion for dance music and the constant quarrels within myself internally.

This EP, LUAN, is inspired both by my passion for dance music and the constant quarrels within myself internally.
Just like ARTWORK, with high and low conscious awareness, it’s sometimes calm and sometimes wild.

CLOCK is like a Shaman living in my mind, leading me into a mysterious ceremony in the jungle. As if I am watching people dancing wildly and being entranced under the dim reflection of the firelight.

TUNNEL, as its name implies, was inspired by one of the short films of the same name in Akira Kurosawa's film "DREAM". Describes a story of a post-war Japanese officer meeting his subordinates when he went through the tunnel on the way back to hometown. The main synthesizer chord of this song is trying to express the lingering and restless feeling that the film brought me. The feeling is like walking through the dark tunnel, constantly moving forward towards the way that seems to be an exit.

“LUAN” is also inspired by Kurosawa Akira's other work “LUAN”’s movie concept album. This song is my feeling of unrestrained, cruel, and fragile interlaced by Akira Kurosawa's paintbrush.

不管是在音樂或著畫作，原始、幽暗的元素總是深植於我的潛意識中。乱這張EP，是以舞曲作為結構，與我的自我意識交錯而成的迴響。就如同Artwork，像是意識的浪潮、山谷，時而平靜、時而狂放。自己覺得最有趣的是，整張EP是以圖像、影像為靈感產出成曲子，最後又透過曲子轉化成新的圖像。

Clock像是活在我腦海裡的薩滿，領著我進到某種叢林中的神秘儀式，彷彿看著人們在昏暗的火光倒影下狂舞、出神。

Tunnel如其名，靈感來自於黑澤明的電影“夢”中的其中一段同名短片。描述一個戰後的日本軍官返鄉時行經隧道遇見往生下屬們的一段故事。歌曲的主要合成器和弦想表達電影帶給我的一種彌留、不安定的感受，像是走在黑暗的隧道中，不斷往前方那似是出口的方向行進著。

乱靈感也來自於黑澤明的另一部作品"乱"的電影概念畫冊，歌曲是我對於黑澤明畫筆下的狂蕩不羈、殘酷、脆弱交織出來的感受。
